It depends on scope. A company website usually starts in the low hundreds of thousands of shillings, while ERP or property platforms are priced per module and per branch. After a discovery call we send a written quote with phases, so you can start small and add modules later.

Websites typically take three to six weeks. Business systems built on our existing modules usually go live in six to twelve weeks. Fully custom platforms are delivered in phases, with working software every two weeks.

Yes. We integrate M-Pesa through Safaricom Daraja and KopoKopo (STK push, paybill and till), and we build KRA eTIMS-ready invoicing into ERP and POS systems.

For custom projects, you own the code and data once the project is paid for. For our platform products such as NEX ERP and WashOS, you license the software and own your data, which can be exported at any time.

Yes. Discovery, design reviews and training can all happen over video calls, and we travel for on-site workshops and go-live support when a project needs it.

Most projects are split into milestones, typically a deposit to start, a payment at design approval or first working release, and the balance at launch. Support plans are billed monthly.

Yes. Every launch includes role-based training for your team, short written guides, and support during the first weeks of use.

Yes. We connect assistants to your product catalogue, prices, policies and customer records, so answers come from your data. The assistant hands over to a staff member when it cannot answer or when the customer asks for a person.

AI usage is billed by the provider per message and is usually a small monthly amount for a typical business. We estimate it from your expected chat volume before you commit, and set limits so costs cannot run away.

Assistants are limited to your own data and instructed to hand over to a person when unsure. Every conversation is logged so you can review answers and improve the instructions.

Answer engine optimisation (AEO) is structuring your website content so that AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews can understand it and quote your business accurately when people ask questions.

Paid ads can bring enquiries within days, and usually need two to four weeks of data to optimise well. SEO and AEO take longer, typically three to six months for meaningful growth in search traffic.

Small fixes are covered during the warranty period after launch. For ongoing changes, a monthly support plan includes a set number of improvement hours, or we quote larger features separately.
